Although very very hard It’s important to stay positive in the worst of times. Keep telling yourself your worth it.
Even though you feel like it’s not true if you keep telling yourself that you will start to think it. I’m your conscious state of mind you can tell the difference between true and false. But your subconscious brain can’t tell the difference. You have already heard that your worthless enough for you to believe it the same works for positive statements. Even if your conscious brain rejects that your not worthless as false it sticks in your subconscious brain until you’ve heard it so many times it starts to become true to your conscious brain.
This strategy is VERY useful and you can use it to convenience yourself to think and do a lot of things. Here is a list of example things to convince yourself of:
- I’m not worthless
- I can do this
- There is nothing wrong with me
- It’s okay
- I need to eat today
- I need to eat another meal today
- Today is going to be a good day
- It doesn’t matter what they think
- I need to clean myself
- I’m going to take a shower today
- Today I’m going to do __________
- What ________ says about me isn’t true
And there is many other things you can say to help yourself
